First make colorful handout with pictures of the jewellery.Select good sales girls for part time, who are already working in big organisations.Give them a commission and see how hard they work.Approach ladies clubs and other ladies functions and select similarly some smart hosewives.Same trick works here also.Be patient but persistant.

in generally because they want to be Glamorous or to show there status. think the way they think, do a market visit, do a small paper ad to add value to your product.
These days girls go for simple but unusual designs, don’t make them too bulky.

My first thought was this….”1K-20K for Sterling Silver and Semi Precious Stones? That is either an incredibly large piece of jewelry or it is priced incredibly higher than its actual market value!”
My second thought was this….”how may 18-30 year old’s can afford 1k-20k on a peice of jewelry? Maybe Celebrity’s and Rock Stars, but still - - why pay more than an items market value?”
But a good way to launch a nice line of jewelry is a web-site, good PR company with celebrity contacts and hire some good sales reps to get your line into some hi-end boutiques where people spend top dollar for top quality goods.
