Hi, we know someone who is the good designer, she creates her jewrely from semi-precious stones, as good as she has good taste. Shes offered them only by word of mouth, or ebay, though she unequivocally would similar to to sell to good well known stores, how should she start? Where should she start? How to hit store buyers, what stores? Thanks!

if i were her i would just go by different stores in the mall and drop off her business cards. see if they will let her put some cards on thier counters. that way customers would see them and possibly call her. who knows, the store she puts them in might even call her about buying some of her merchandise. i used to work at an athletic store and we did it for sports retailers all the time. good luck.
