Water and Heat.
Dont scrub them but maybe try and soak it in water and use heat and water as a combination. Try rubbing the earring when its wet with your finger’s and try a damp cloth.
I brought a fake gold ring and it was fashion jewelry and I wore it on a 46 degree day and after I washed my hands a few times it was nearly all bronze.
