i have many shirts as well as the little bottoms which have gems upon them. when they go by the rinse many of the gems tumble off. it gets upon my nerves since the design which is done out of the gems is ruined. how can i rinse my garments but the gems descending off but me you do the total alternative bucket of laundry?

Put them in a pillow case and tie a knot in the case. Or they have special cases for washing stuff like this. Looks like a white fishing new with a zipper to close it up.
I wish I had gems on clothing. That would be sweeeet.

Turn inside out -
Soak only - in a bucket of tepid water with detergent.
Rinse, rest in tepid fabric softener, drip dry on hangers in shower or on line.

Put them in some old pantyhose.

Turn the shirts and pants inside out. My daughter has tons of clothes with gems and I always do it and they never fall off.
